The World Sculpture Park in Changchun lies in the urban south, southern part of the People Street. It coves about 92 hectares; in the park's central location is 11.8 hectares of waters. The varied terrain parks is a new type of modern urban sculpture park contains both traditional landscape garden of the natural landscape and the cultural tastes of modern sculpture.
The theme of Changchun World Sculpture Park is "friendship, spring and peace,". A 23.5 meters high theme of the sculpture monument which consists of three girls and a dove of peace, reflects this main theme. It was designed by the famous sculpture master Ye Yushan, Pan He, Cheng Yun-xian, Wang Keqing and Cao Chunsheng.

Since 1997, when the World Sculpture Park has been finished, Changchun has held seven "China Changchun International Sculpture Exhibition works" continuously. The park now has own more than 270 sculptors and 300 Pieces of sculptures which came from more than 100 public and regions.
In the World Sculpture Park, there are currently China’s largest sculptures Museum of Art. The pavilion is area is 6,000 square meters and the museum displaying hundreds of African Makonde woodcarving and a large number of Chinese and foreign well-known sculptor of fine sculptures.
